Well, I visited to get the fast charged for my electric vehicle and decent. It was pretty fast. I liked it. It got from close to 0% to more than 50% in less than about 15 minutes, which is considered almost ultra fast charging. Conveniently located, accessible anytime during the day and night, and plenty of charging stations, either you own Tesla or any other vehicles, you can come here and charge and go. It’s pretty easy.

I received a notification that my 87 year old mother's power was out, I reported it. I received a call from mte, explain the situation, the mte caller went above and beyond. Also during recent ice situation our power was out for 4 hours and back on, with great communication We just appreciate mte so much!! Number 1 and we're blessed to have these hard workers.

Moved 5 years ago from NES country. They were less reliable even in good weather. We had no interruptions during latest ice storm. Glad we weren’t with NES. MTE thinks ahead and runs a customer oriented service. Well done.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Lee today. He answered all of my questions and even helped me switch from prepaid to traditional billing. I needed to make a payment on my account by 11:00 am and unfortunately I just didn’t have the funds. He walked me through the credit check which only took seconds. What may seem like something so small to others helped me and my family not have to worry about being with our electric. Thank you Lee and MTE!!!

Seven years. Roughly $23,000 paid. Rarely late. Now my family hits financial hardship and the response is rigid, impersonal, and procedural. The “assistance” options increase the burden instead of relieving it. There is no phone call before the power is disconnected. No proactive outreach. Just automated enforcement despite years of consistent payments. This isn’t a service you choose — there aren’t real alternatives. Loyalty and payment history don’t seem to factor in when circumstances change. This is my current experience. It calls into question whether the “care” and “responsibility” promoted on their website are operational standards or simply branding language. Sharing this so others understand what to expect if hardship hits.
