Middle Tennessee Flooring

Awful experience. First off, the young guys they send to put on floors, needs more experience. They broke quite a few things in my home and wouldn't take responsibility for it. Especially when they broke the toilet and tried blaming me for their mistake. They tried saying my toilet was fine when they left, uhh it's not fine when the toilet comes off the floor!!!! Nothing else major got broken, just few little thugs here and there,so didn't make huge fuss out of it. My problem is the 7 grand I spent on flooring, just for the floors to come up. I called and talked to the boss, they said they come in a week. That was 6 months ago. Still haven't arrived. But I have 4 floorboards in different rooms coming up! They fixed the first time I saw the boards come up, but after that, they didn't care.

I hired Jimmy/Middle Tennessee Flooring to do replace the carpet in our newly renovated house with European white oak floors and they did a wonderful job. They tackled 1000 sq ft in a day and had the job finished within 8-9 hours which was awesome! Jimmy was fair with the pricing and they cleaned up all the pallets and excess boxes when they were done. Would definitely recommend Middle Tennessee flooring for your wood/carpet needs!

Middle Tennessee Flooring did an amazing job on our carpet and luxury vinyl plank installation! Shawn came out for the estimate and we picked out the samples in his office. There were so many choices and he was patient with us and told us all about the features of each product. Super knowledgable. When it came to the job, we got a quick installation date which was important as we needed to get the house rented out right away. He took lots of time over the phone to answer additional questions and the finished product was beautiful. We would highly recommend this business for its professionalism, the hard-working employees and mainly for its owner Shawn who really took his time with us and worked hard to get all of our needs met.
