We had a great experience with MidSouth Construction and their Project Manager, James Kuykendall, from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the entire roofing process. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to protect our property while the work was being done. The quality of the roof replacement exceeded our expectations. Everything was completed on schedule, the job site was left clean each day, and the final result looks excellent. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and it was clear they take pride in their work. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Project manager, Erik Popplewell worked with our insurance company for weeks to secure payment for roof, siding, window, and interior damage from an unusually strong spring hail storm. He made several visits to our home to evaluate the needs for quality repairs and did all communicating with insurance. We feel confident with the quality of the materials and workmanship with his direct oversight. MidSouth Construction will be the first company we contact should we find ourselves in need of repairs again.

Lightening hit a tree in my backyard causing wood splinters to explode into my siding. MidSouth construction was recommended by my insurance carrier. Mid-South Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof! Erik Popplewell was our contractor, and he was incredible to work with. He handled the inspection and walked us through the insurance process to make sure our roof was covered after hail damage from this past May. Because of his help, we were also able to replace all of our gutters. Erik was always responsive and, despite being very busy with other projects, he made time for us whenever we had questions or needed help.
