Received my quarterly treatment today!! Love how they keep up with my treatment plan- I may not remember but they most certainly do. Email and text communication are timely and the response times are great; the only thing I have to do is be home to let them into my home! Highly recommended!! Locally owned, professional, and affordable!

Symon was our tech and did a great job! Communication was great and he was on time. Have been using Mid South for years now and absolutely love the service and fair price.

I love their pest control service itself. However, they are supposed to call or text schedule the service to ensure someone is going to be available. They fail at this as they simply show up whenever. This is the reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars.

Nothing but great things with these guys! I even switched to use someone cheaper but ended up coming back. You still get that customer focused, small business feel from them that is lacking from the big names.

MidSouth Termite & Pest Control is hands down the best! Every time they come out, they’re on time and very professional. What I love most is how they take the time to explain everything—what pesticides they’re using, what they’ll do, and even info about the random bugs I’ve seen around the house. Kyle is amazing! He’s so friendly and knowledgeable, and he always makes sure I’m comfortable with what’s going on. I feel like my house is in great hands thanks to him. If you’re looking for a pest control company that really cares and knows their stuff, I can’t recommend MidSouth enough. They’ve been awesome to work with!
