I'm not sure of the quality of their knives, because I never received my order. I ordered my knife on August 19, 2019 and have not received anything from them and it is now September 6, 2019. I sent them a message a few days after my order was placed as they stated that I would get an email notification when my order shipped. After several days, I got a response back stating that their shipment was due in the next day and it would ship on then or by the end of the week. I have yet to receive my knife or any answers as to where it even is. I have requested a refund so that I can purchase elsewhere. Let's see if I ever receive that!

I am going to update my review , so far the quality of their product seems to be great, I just got it so time will tell. The problem is their customer service. I placed my order about 5 months ago! I wish someone would have kept me posted on the delays. I emailed and left messages but never heard from anyone, that left me very frustrated. I hope their customer service improves, I would like to give them another try.

Placed my order for almost $200 back in early Nov 2022.... its now January 2023. No responses to aaaannnnyyyy emails, phone goes straight to voicemail. Thanks for nothing. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. What a rip off Will be reporting this company for sure.

Don't order from this place. They will rip you off. If you're lucky enough to receive a shipment from them the items will be of the lowest possible quality. Don't fall victim to these criminals...

Scammers. Don't order from them. They ripped me off for $110 and no product delivered.
