⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience at Southeast Ace in Hattiesburg, MS! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The customer service here is truly top-notch — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. A special thank-you to Michael Kinkopf, the store manager, who helped us with our purchase of a Recteq grill. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be any more thankful for his help and the entire team’s kindness. If you’re looking for excellent service and a great shopping experience, Southeast Ace is the place!!
I stopped into the Ace Hardware Midtown Hattiesburg location today, and I have to say — this place is phenomenal. It’s a smaller store, but that’s exactly what makes it special. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and personal — a rare find these days. The staff is always eager to help, and today I had the pleasure of meeting Vic, who was especially knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist me. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely enjoys helping customers. Every time I visit, I’m reminded why I prefer shopping local — great service, great people, and a team that truly cares. I never write reviews, but the guys here were so nice! They greeted me right when I walked in and offered to help me. I needed some help with an adhesive for something in my car, and the salesman came out and looked at my car to make sure I got the right thing. Overall good vibes, kind men, and clean store.
Nice & clean new store!! Knowledgeable staff. They didn’t have what I was looking for on this trip. The associate advised me I can order it online and have it shipped to the store, and pickup there!! I may do that!! Great experience!! Will be back for more supplies for engraving!!
Great and friendly store. Went out of their way to make sure I was taking care of. Highly recommend them..
