Midtown Home Improvements did a fantastic job on our new fence. The quality of the product seems superior to fences we’ve had in the past, and the look is clean and polished. The crew who installed our fence in two days were amazing. We’ve rarely seen folks work harder. Overall we are extremely happy with the project. The salesman had a high-pressure tactic, and we had to sign a contract that day or we couldn’t get their discount. While the cost was more than other companies we met with, we believe the scope of the project and the quality of the product and its installation was well worth it.

Wow....I mean, where do I start. Veteran owned? World class customer service? Attention to detail? Home owner confidence? I'll say this... I'd give more stars if I could! They've more than earned my future business with every interaction. They replaced our wooden "fence" with a 6ft Vinyl Masterpiece that has produced instant equity for our castle. If you're looking and want a real fence... give them a shout, trust me!

Anthony makes you feel like family. Very respectful and easy to talk with. He will explain every step and help you visualize what your finished project would look like. Anthony stays in contact throughout the project and makes sure everything runs they way we planned. I would ask for him on any future plans! I am a second time customer with Midtown Home Improvements. First they installed windows throughout my home and you wouldn’t believe the difference!! And just recent they removed and replaced my old deck with the best looking deck for my home. Each time I was very pleased with the work, how much it changed the look and feel of my home and how much they cared to my needs. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Midtown did a great job installing my new front door. They kept me informed the whole way through. It is absolutely bueatiful! I have a few other projects in mind and will definitely be reaching out to Midtown when I am ready.

The sales reps were great—the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. The good: - Gutters were installed promptly and look good. - Good communication when issues came up during the process. The bad: - No one called to confirm the installation date. A crew just showed up one morning—luckily, we were home. - Our neighbors have the same house layout, but their gutters drain better (not spilling onto the roof, which can cause problems). When I raised this, I was told our “old layout” was better. It felt more like the company didn’t want to redo the work rather than actually optimizing the design. - The biggest issue: after paying, I noticed no gutter guards were installed—even though I paid thousands extra for them. I checked from a second-floor window and again with a ladder—no gutter
