Lots of homeless people and their tents on the side walk 5 feet from the cars. Security guard was there, looked like he was doing his job.
Close to the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium but $40 dollars! Taking advantage of the people here for their citizenship ceremony. Get here early and park on the street or find a cheaper public parking further away.
$25 for parking with cash. I asked if $23 was enough and they accepted it. A little sketchy and they really get nit picky about how or where you park.
Even valet parking nearby has a lower rate.
