Midway EZ Parking

When we first entered the lady that greeted us for check-in was so nice especially considering it was 4 in the morning. Our Driver was so sweet too, my child forgot her game device in our car and he turned around for her when I had told her oh well. He was definitely her biggest fan today, thank you!

I recommend EZ parking in midway The staff are great , the shuttle from Midway airport service was safe and courteous, the price was reasonable , the attendant was polite. Real nice people!

First time visiting Chicago and accidentally entered the wrong lane. There is NO clear exit or turnaround option. We explained immediately that we were not parking and only needed to leave, and we were still charged $4 just to exit. This is extremely frustrating and honestly feels very unfair. It comes across like a trap for drivers/ tourists who are unfamiliar with the area. I hope you go out of business for scamming visitors.

I parked and made it to the airport on time. However, the place was understaffed when I went. There was a back up of cars pulling in. Only one person to speak to who was the same person parking cars. So when he goes to the back lot, you are left standing there with know one to ask questions to. Office was disorganized which made me nervous.. Only one shuttle going back and forth.. since a round trip takes about 20 minutes it may take you 30 minutes to get to the airport... shuttle seats 11 passengers. If more than 11 people are waitin, you may be waiting a long time to get to the airport. We had exactly 11.

I left my SUV there for a week despite some of their bad reviews, but overall it was an ok experience, employees there don’t really care about interacting with the customer, don’t get me wrong they were not mean they are just down to the point. “give me you reservation #, how many days, ok shuttle in 5 mins, bye”.
