1 star – Honest customers penalized Wrong part sent. Returned right away. Midwest Appliance Parts acknowledged receiving it and confirmed it had not been installed. We were told a refund would be issued within two business days. After following up, they denied the refund because the part was briefly plugged in to verify it was incorrect. Now they keep the money, keep the part, and want us to pay again for return shipping if we want it back. This policy punishes honesty and leaves the customer with no resolution.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They sent me the wrong part, I returned it promptly as their return policy stated. I received an email stating my refund will be received in 2 business days. 3 days later I received an email stating that I wasn't going to receive any refund and they requestied a return label. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING MIDWEST APPLIANCE PARTS. They are a big scam. Buy your parts from the manufacturer, it will be cheaper anyway. $360 lost for a washing machine console. Unbelievable!

I placed an order for two stove handles, but they were not the correct items. After returning the handles, the company claimed they had not received them. I have engaged in multiple communications with them, during which one of their employees asserted that the items were indeed received. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

needed a new main board for my dishwasher. This transaction has been basically painless. It would be nice if core return process was included in the box they ship to you, no biggie though they were quick to respond to my email, and had I explored their website a bit more I probably would have found it. Shipped the core back to them and received notification that my core refund is in the works. Thank you for an easy transaction. dishwasher is back working as expected, the original board from the manufacturer only lasted a couple years, hopefully the revisions they have made have corrected those problems. thanks again for the smooth transaction!.

1 star – Lost $380 and no part Wrong washer console sent. Returned immediately. Company confirmed receipt and promised a refund. Refund later denied because the part had been plugged in (not installed). Out $340 for the part, $40 shipping, and they’re holding the item unless more money is sent. Not trustworthy.
