I’m so disappointed, I’ve been ordering from you guys for years. I’m a foundation repair company who religiously orders your steel brackets. I now have a project at a stand still recking my schedule because these brackets are late. I’m understanding to a point but I ordered these brackets almost 2 weeks ago. Your website said in stock. Come to find out, there is a fine print that says it can take 5-10 days. Going on 2 weeks. Was told the owner would call me on Monday and I received not one call. All I’m getting is the run around. This will be my last order
