1 star review yes, after installation of soffit vents and the insulation, the amount of awful craftsmanship and damage to the siding is unbelievable. Photos are included as proof. After trying to get a resolution like adults after months of MYSELF calling them, they just ghosted me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I was doing some upgrading on a heritage home and needed an expert. Midwest was recommended to me by 2 roofing companies that I was getting quotes from. I wanted the attic spray foam insulated at the same time I was having my roof done. Artie was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my roof and even told me about some hidden areas I did not know needed insulation. He worked closely with the roofing company to make sure all areas were done properly. His crew even took the time to show me what they were doing and where they had insulated. I did get other insulation quotes and I did find Midwest was the same, if not cheaper than other companies. Combined with their knowledge, responsiveness, and overall professionalism, it was a no brainer to pick Midwest.

Midwest insulation did a great job insulating my home. The work is top notch, the owner and workers who came to my home were well informed and courteous, and everything was left as clean (or cleaner) as when they arrived.

There was an issue with my spray foam install. We're all human, and mistakes can happen. I emailed since the office was closed by the time I realized the problem. I got a call bright and early the next business day from Shelly, the office manager. She was apologetic and understanding. I then spoke with Artie, the owner. Again, he was understanding and apologetic. They scheduled the fix right away. Matt, the original installer, came back to correct the errors. Their prices are reasonable and the service was excellent! Would definitely recommend Midwest Insulation to anyone needing spray foam insulation. The entire team was wonderful to work with.
