3rd home inspection service call (we're now, essentially, on a maintenance rotation)). David was our technician today (12-4-25). Impressed that he came on what has been our coldest day of an early Winter and following a snow-packed weekend(!) David was great...interior/outdoor full service, & he was, as is w/ all previous Midwest technicians, a pleasure to deal with! Thank You & Happy Holidays! Lyman was very professional and courteous. He was polite and friendly. He came and did his job in a timely manner. I was pleased with the service that Lyman provided today.

Dave the Technician was great! He put me at ease and used a little humor. We have a "plan"....he was great as was John my initial contact.I will want Dave going forward as he is knowledgeable and knew what he was go8ng to do before he got here. Stuart Little and his "friend" will be evicted very near in the future! I like the communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend 👌
