I’d give it 10 stars again this year!!! What a great value for a homeowner. The job was done quickly and efficiently. He accomplished in 90 minutes what took me 3/4 days!!! He.cleaned and treated our home with more than 20 squares of vinyl siding. He also cleaned and treated our 120’ long and 6’ high vinyl privacy fence, 3 pergolas and a 30’ long concrete sidewalk. His mold guard treatment appears very effective. Thank You, Nick! I want to continue to use you every year!

I received five separate estimates to get my home and barn washed. Midwest was one of the more reasonable estimates and treated me very fairly. Communication with Nick was very professional, and he showed up on time as he scheduled and completed our job in a very timely manner. We were satisfied with the work that was done and will definitely use Nick and Midwest in the future.

Nick is a great guy! I have not got work done by him yet but very knowledgeable and seems like a great guy who really cares about the work. I will be sure to use him in the future!

Nick was very responsive and always got back to me when he said he would. Told me the day he’d be out. Day before, confirmed the time that he’d be out, gave me a window between 1-3. Arrived promptly at 1, got the house washed in 45 min. I was amazed it was that fast. Looked really good too! There was only one spot on the second story eave that I wished I would’ve noticed before he left. I’ll be calling him again! Very professional!

First time we have used Midwest Pressure Washing Services to power wash our two story house and are happy with the results. Reasonably priced. Nick was very nice and made sure to explain or answer any questions or concerns we had. He made sure to keep in contact due to inclement weather and having to reschedule.
