Beautiful Pool, Horrible Warranty Experience — Buyer Beware! I would give less than one star if I could. Our Thursday Pools fiberglass pool was originally beautiful — we loved the design and the beach entry. But after seeing how Thursday handles warranty issues, I would absolutely have chosen a different manufacturer. I emailed Thursday Pools about a small hairline crack in our pool. After months of follow-up, they finally sent a crew to repair it. The team lowered the water and resurfaced the entire beach entry — which did fix the original crack. But when they finished, they simply left the job site a mess — debris and trash in the pool, equipment scattered, and no clear instructions. We purchased the Aspen Pool shell through Vive Exteriors a few years ago. After meeting with several installers, we heard many say great things about Thursday Pools, and I also liked that they were manufactured within 30 minutes of our house. A couple of our entry steps were a bit slippery causing some falls. I reached out to the company the other night just looking for advice on what type of anti slip tape they would recommend. I got a call first thing the next morning from Jonathan, and he took my concern serious, and say they would much rather retexture the step for us and fix this the right way. Never in a million years would I buy from this company again. Epic escapes out of Geneva Illinos installed this pool 4 years ago. The customer service on both these companies is garbage. Thursday pools is the biggest joke. Pool started cracking in the entry way after the first year. After tons emails back and fourth it took almost 8 months to get them out to put a sorry epoxy coating over the cracks. Not weeks later the cracks were back popping through again, about 10-12 months later and tons of nagging they came out to re epoxy again. (Like they would have any different result). Update 12/12/23: Jonathan from Thursday's did reach out and try to come but schedules and weather did not permit. We are scheduled in Spring when it warms up. I will update this posting once it's complete. 12/1/23: We have a defect in our fiberglass pool. The clear coating is cracked. Thursday Pools was notified 8/31/23 because our pool is still under warranty. We received a response from them on 9/1/23 asking for more information about our warranty issue. I resent the photos and description to them again. We were promised they would come fix the defect before the weather in West TN area turned cold, and we had to winterize our pool. We asked for at least a week or two heads up to be sure we were not on business travel and so we can drain the pool. We were told they would get

We are an independent contractor in South Carolina and we were looking to expand on our pool designs . We visited their facility and it is top notch . We are experienced in installation of other fiberglass pools from different manufacturers as well . As with any pool installation it is the responsibility of customer to do their due diligence in selecting a qualified contractor. These negative reviews are from poor contractors. References are key.
