I bought a home with a roof that was in need of an upgrade. The roof wasn't necessarily on it's last leg so to speak but definitely was showing its age. As with most issues of this nature comes anxiety; in regards to cost, quality, and expediency. Then comes the question of underlying damage, luckily I dodged the bullet on that one. As with most things in our society the phrase "you get what you pay for" rings true with most everything. That saying is what guided my thoughts in my decision making process. Now my home isn't all that expensive, yet I figure if I treat it properly, and give it the care it deserves it will continue to shelter my family and I for years to come. Midwest was my choice. Don't use if you want windows installed in a timely manner. They were great until after we signed the contract and made the down payment. We encountered numerous delays in having the windows installed due to several occurrences of windows breaking. We paid the down payment on 6/23/25 and were told the timing would be about 6 weeks. The windows were initially installed 9/29/25, 13 weeks after we made the down payment. During the installation one of the panes of glass broke. The installer said it would be repaired "in a couple weeks". The repair happened around 1/8/26. That was 14 weeks later. Not great having a cracked window pane in the winter months. Throughout the process we had difficulty in getting the installer to respond to requests for updates on timing.

Avoid Midwest Roofing & Siding! They do not know how to install new roof, siding, gutters and down spouts properly, but still expect to be paid without fixing their mistakes. I even had to metal sweep for nails because they insisted their job was done, when it wasn't. There were birds making nests between house and roof shingles. Sales person Josh, made promises he could not keep. Billing was ballooned at end of project and threats of filing lien if not paid with all insurance money even if they did not do all the work. This company does not care about customer service. This company has no integrity and a contract they don't honor. Midwest's response to this review is completely inaccurate. They continue to defend their bad contract and lies.

Once again, you guys went above and beyond for us! The siding crew was top notch. Very fast and efficient. They even worked in the rain!! Would highly recommend Midwest Roofing, Siding & Windows for all your outside home needs. Thank you once again for a fantastic job!

Midwest roofing and siding did an amazing job. The workers worked from morning to night to complete this job in two days. The Garage looks amazing!! If I ever need work done, they will be my first call. Before and after pictures What a difference.
