A friend of mine said they had a good experience so I went and found a lvp I liked and set up a measurement day. I had difficulty after with communication with Bob and the store. Finally got the lvp installed in two bedrooms and very disappointed that he cut my flooring right in front of the transition strip. Didn't consult with me or offer any alternatives. The two rooms had the transitions different and looked bad. When I questioned this he said he could caulk the space. He did offer to come out and try to pull up the transition but said it could break and didn't have any plans on what to do if that happened. I called another company that has fixed the issue but had to pay an additional $400+.

We had Bob do all new flooring in every inch of our house. He installed LVP in the main level, bathrooms, loft and laundry area. He installed plush carpeting in the bedrooms and stairs as well. I highly recommend Bob and Robert’s Flooring. We couldn’t be happier with how amazing everything turned out! Great pricing and amazing quality! Bob is the best at what he does and we are grateful to have hired him for our project!

Bob is very skilled and does a terrific job. We had a carpet mill quality issue with a large install and Bob took care of everything and went above and beyond in getting the re-install taken care of.

Bob was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who has used him for several jobs in the past. His prices were great, he and his staff were friendly and easy to work with, and most importantly my wife and I were completely happy with the way the carpet turned out!

Extremely bad service! We went to pick out floor tile and we took the samples home with us and then promptly returned them and made our decision. We were told that we would should receive a phone call in the next couple of weeks to have our floors measured. We never received any calls. I sent multiple texts to the owner and even called the showroom and left messages with the worker to have the owner call me. We never heard a thing. Very very disappointed. We wasted alot of time. We found a better place that was promp and appreciated our business. Don't waste your time with this flooring company!!
