This company replaced our roof, gutters and flashing around 7 of our windows. The roof replacement was a bit of an ordeal but is the least of my frustration at this point. The window flashing replacement was terrible. The quality of work was poor from the start. It was later noticed that my casement windows no longer open. When you try and crank them out, they crash into the flashing which restricts the window openings. In addition to that issue, the caulking separated from the flashing leaving multiple gaps allowing water to leak inside the walls of our home. I’ve reached out to midwestern adjusters several times to get this issue resolved but have had no luck. After a devastating storm damaged my house and every house in my area last March, I met with Ryan B of Midwestern Adjusters. He explained why using their Public Adjuster was going to help get my claim processed more quickly and thoroughly. We didn't expect the problems we would face with my insurance company who denied coverage to half of the damage to my home. I worked with several indiviuals in the Midwestern office to move forward on my restorations, while pushing my insurance company to review additional reports from my adjusters. He walked me through the whole process and helped me know what to expect from March 2025 storm damage for my house and my dad’s house next door. Midwestern Adjusters contacted our insurance carrier and met with the insurance company inspectors for their inspections and review. Midwestern Adjusters did a top-notch job of getting my homeowners insurance claim pushed through to fix storm damage to my roof. Ryan Baran was the public adjuster that Midwestern Adjusters sent to perform the inspection on my roof. Ryan was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the entire process and answered any question that I had. Ryan did an outstanding job helping with my claim. My homeowners insurance company approved the replacement of my entire roof. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew showed up at 7:30 AM and was done by 2 PM that day, including cleanup. My mom got a new roof, siding, and gutters approved by insurance about 6 months ago. The roof has been done but nothing else is close to being done. We called the company and the siding is no where close to being done. When we tried to record the call the receptionist said she does not consent and hung up. Starting to think something is going on here because what is there to hide by not being recorded and we are 6 months along at this point and the company has already been paid for the materials. Maybe they used the money on another project like most contractors do maybe not I don’t know what to think at this time.
