Responsive and helpful, will definitely use again. Just wish all trade jobs would lower prices. Big or small job seems to have a hefty price tag.

A huge inconvenience is the inability to pay online. Additionally, in terms of the service, the company can improve significantly. I ordered the house inspection before the purchase. I called them and they accomodate me to come over the same day and check the house at my convenience. However, they send the guy who couldn't say anything specific. He said that the hvac was flooded and the crawl space was filled with water...(I knew that myself). They recommended to replace the hvac and a water heater. I asked how much would it cost and he referred me to some other guy who is the "boss". What is the point to send me the guy who can not give me estimates!!!??? And they charged me $90 for telling me that it needs to be replaced without giving me.estimates or any concrete financial information.

We are now on day 3 of a major plumbing repair in our home which requires excavation and cement work in our basement. We had some difficulty with the plumbing company we initially contacted who left us in a bad spot. Midwest mechanical stepped in and is doing an amazing job getting our plumbing repair done. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. They show up when they say they are going to be here. They are honest and have integrity. Their work is exceptional and done on time. They are affordable and a great local company you can trust.
