Our furnace fan was on but there was no heat and it wasn't engaging with the thermostat. Just running unless we shut off the furnace switch/ breaker. The High Limiter Switch was damaged with a recent power surge. The tech came quickly, was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home and animals, was able to identify issues quickly (including additional issues that he promptly fixed) and made suggestions for furnace longevity without being pushy, leaving decisions up to us. The tech stayed until he had answered our questions and we were satisfied that everything was in working order. He was also sure to clean up and put things back the way he found them.
