Avalanche did a wonderful job on my roof installation. They met the adjuster and were able to get the roof approved by my insurance company. Clean up was great and the installers were polite. There was some rotten decking that they found when they took the old shingles off.I appreciated them letting me know even though I had to pay extra. I just wanted it done right.

Setting up an inspection and estimate with Avalanche Roofing was a pleasure. We contacted several well reviewed roofing companies and Avalanche was the quickest to respond and send out an inspector. Our inspector, James P (ask for him), was a great person to deal with. James was here on time. He asked very thorough questions and then got right to work. After the inspection he took the time to show us the photos of our roof and give us a very detailed run-down of the issues we were facing. In talking with him we mentioned that our roof had been replaced about 18 months ago and he encouraged us to go back to our contractor (who he was kind enough to say did an overall good job) to make a warranty claim. Avalanche Roofing did an excellent job on repairing the roof of my house after a summer hail storm. Work was completed in a timely manner and they ensured that they didn't leave any mess behind nor anything that could pop up and cause other problems like a punctured tire. I was so pleased with the experience and even surprised as they went above and beyond when my insurance company tried to pay out less claiming that some of the charges were unnecessary. Avalanche took the lead on this for me and was able to demonstrate that the charges were necessary to bring my roof into code which caused my insurance company to issue out an additional check. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody looking for roof repair or renovation.

He was available when the adjuster arrived, helped us understand all the insurance forms, kept us up to date on when the repairs would take place, and he inspected the work after each step was finished. Tyson at Avalanche provided quality and friendly service during my roof replacement. He quickly noted errors in my insurance claim process and worked with my insurance company to get the estimates adjusted and paid out correctly. The staff at Avalanche are friendly and responsive. Courtney was a great help in getting the certificate of completion and my final invoice settled and she even caught my discount was missing and quickly updated my invoice. My roof looks even better now than it did before the great hail storm of 2016.
