I was in need of a new concrete septic lid. They called me back promptly after I called them and didnt get an answer. They were friendly and helpful with helping me figure out what size I needed. Once I arrived to pick up my lid, they helped me pick out the lid I wanted, carried it to my car and told me if it didnt fit to bring it back. Very casual and laid back environment, friendly and helpful staff and professional as well. I would recommend!
