Mighty Clean

Recently moved here and it was my first time using Mighty Clean. I dropped off my items on Saturday in the drive thru and expected my items on Wednesday. Shortly after I received a text asking if my items were to have the same starch in the future for both jeans & shirts, since I was a new customer. To my surprise, I received a notification that they were ready on Monday afternoon after 5pm. I picked up my items the Tuesday morning and the woman inside showed me how to do the self pickup. She was extremely nice and helpful! They definitely earned a new customer!

My husband took his clothes to these cleaners shortly after we came back from our granddaughter's wedding. They recently changed over the system and probably did not log the suit in. When he went to pick his clothes they cannot find it. A brand new shirt and a Suit jacket that matches another pair of pants. Awful experience, and yes, he has been going there for over 7 years. What type of cleaners loose their customers clothing?

I tried Comet Cleaners for the first time about a week ago (October 2021). I dropped off 3 button down shirts for a press only job; I washed them at home and was simply feeling too lazy to iron. Two shirts came back fine, but one shirt - the solid white one - came back with some sort of substance pressed into the shirt plus a black scuff mark on the back shoulder. The size of the substance wasn't large, but it was sticky - and it stained the shirt. (You can still see it in one of my pics still). I asked them to just launder it and re-press it, which they did at no extra charge. Unfortunately, when I went to pick it back up, it was covered in stains. The black scuff was gone, but it came back with loads of new stains all over the shirt. See pics. I can only assume the machines are filthy, o

Dropped clothes off they said they would be ready the next two days later the lady had to drive thirty minutes away to pick up my clothes charged me double what I should have paid bc their dryers broke not the responsibility of the customer to pay for your equipment repairs we were referring all of our coworkers there but that's changed now and with thirty guys with a lot of clothes this place lost a lot of business with us

It's all automated now and 24-7. Put your laundry in the bag, put your phone number in and any specific instructions like how much starch in your shirts. All done the next day.
