Kyle walked me through the process, and took extra time to explain to me all the other services Mighty Dog can offer for my property without any sales pressure. He was truly a relief to work with! The crew that came were fast, efficient, and respectful of the property. The entire process booking and working with Mighty Dog was done in less than 24 hours and stress free! Everyone I worked with was kind and approachable. They were able to take an emergency situation I faced and turn it into a and easy, simple task. We consulted this company on a Friday during the busy time in summer, and a team member arrived the very next morning for inspection. We spent an hour discussing the details, finalizing the deal, including the roofing materials, payment, and the overall process. We requested terra-cotta red shingles, which might not have been readily available. However, we explained that we had a photoshoot for our anniversary scheduled for the following Sunday and needed the project completed by then. They expedited everything - managed to secure the necessary permits, materials, and staff, completed the entire roof (including gutter guards) by Saturday.
