Changing out the flooring was the first big renovation project as first time home buyers. My father was a master plumber and carpenter and while I didn’t pick up the tradesman-ship I do work in the construction field. S&R absolutely delivered on my expectations and the installation was meticulously measured out. First photo speaks for itself, perfect example of quality craftsmanship. Having had a neighboring condo's water heater fail and affect your own condo is a nightmare that I don't wish on anyone. But when it came time to replace our flooring, S&R Carpet and Floors fully delivered. From a site visit to take measurements and discuss logistics, to working with us on scope of the project, Steve & the team were consummate professionals. I worked as an art consultant at a high end Boston fine art gallery; I've been in some pretty spectacular homes over the years with exceptional craftsmanship. I highly recommend S&R Carpet and Floors. We dealt with Steve and Kenny. We picked out carpeting from their stock for bedrooms, hall, 2 sets of stairs and basement. They removed the old carpets early to make our renovation work easier. When we were ready for installation they installed beautifully and left everything spotless. They deserve a 5 star rating. I will definitely use them again.

We had S&R come in to replace the carpet in living room and hall way and hard wood refinishing in dining room. Kenney was very knowledgeable with the showroom products and that made our choices easy. Steve keeping us inform after ordering materials, to scheduling, and answering questions. Both teams did an excellent job with refinishing the hard wood floors that know look amazing and the other team replacing 30 years old carpet with new carpets that are pet friendly is a huge plus for us. Great job all thru out the project. Everyone was very pleasant and did everything to our expectations. I look forward to working with them again for future projects.

My wife and I desperately needed a reputable flooring company to tackle a flooring repair job in our kitchen after our dishwasher sprung a leak and serious warped the existing engineered hardwood boards. S&R Carpet & Floors came highly recommended by dear friends when they learned of our problem due to their own experience of replacing carpet in a flooded basement and S&R came to their rescue with first-class work. In our case, the flooring had buckled up due to the water damage, and fortunately I had extra stock on hand that S&R could use to replace the damaged area.
