Mighty Ducts Heating & Cooling

I am really glad I called Mighty Ducts to help me improve the air quality in my home. My condenser really needed cleaning from landscaping debris (doing that helps the A/C run smoother and longer) and the blower was full of sawdust from having the floors refinished. I also had them come out to clean the ducts. That may have been the first time since the house was constructed in 1997. HVAC system is running beautifully and the air is definitely cleaner! Thinking of a UV-light install next.

2 months after buying a new home, my older model furnace broke down. After a month of much frustration in trying to go through a home warranty company, Mighty Ducts scheduled my furnace replacement within a week and a half. Mighty Ducts were complete lifesavers in getting AC back up and running in my house in the middle of summer. They did an amazing job in fully replacing my furnace and condenser, and also insulating my AC ducts. Mighty Ducts also replaced (it was previously not proper material under the previous owner) and re-routed my dryer vent so that it was no longer going through a broken window and no longer venting out underneath a deck. Their quality of work was fantastic and up to code, as was evidenced by them working with me to unexpectedly need to re-route my heating flue pip

My brother purchased these new washer dryers and the dryer vent kept giving us an error that the dryer vent was blocked. We were concerned about a potential fire hazard, so we called Mighty Ducts and worked with Chris. Chris went above and beyond for our property. Our dryer vent hose was literally deattached from the wall, he fixed that for us. Then we found out that our dryer vent line was almost 10 feet long, which made sense why our new and more sensitive dryer thought there was a blockage... The line is so long that it doesn't work as well. Then Chris did a cleaning, and it wasnt as much as we expected, but error went away and the service went well! Highly recommend Mighty Ducts Heating and Cooling. Our thermostat broke and we were without central heat for 5 days before we found them. They sent Chris out on Christmas Eve. He arrived a bit early, quickly diagnosed the issues, went back to the shop for parts and promptly returned so we had a nice warm home for the holidays! He was very knowledgeable and polite, and left my dining room and furnace area broom cleaned. They are my new HVAC guys with full confidence. Thanks for the wonderful service!
