MSI Plumbing and Remodeling

Is it too strong a word to say I LOVE my plumbing company?? 😄. Danny came out today (the same day I called, with no heat & needing it stat) & got my combi boiler going again quickly & easily & told me what I could try if my water pressure in the system gets too low again. He was very nice & pleasant, & there was no service charge because I am a member! And I also want to mention Matthew & James, who came out this past November & replaced my pressure differential & incoming gate valves back when I had essentially no water pressure at all, & they did a fast & fantastic job in my old scary basement. Lastly, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Melissa, since she is the primary reason I signed up with MSI in the first place - because she was so helpful, pleasant, & responsive - being fully tra

What a pleasure to have totally professional, personable, capable person perform repair work. Zack made a careful assessment of what repairs/replacement were required. He explained everything, began the work, and updated me along the way. He instilled confidence in me! (Although MSI charges are comparatively high, they stand behind all the work they do, have skilled service people, and are very responsive to customer concerns. Worth the price!)

As always MSI was my go to for some home plumbing needs and they were fantastic. From scheduling the appointment with Melissa and working with her to try and trouble shoot in advance to make sure the techs had what they needed when they arrived to having the two techs come and change out a faucet that was an issue in our shower to tightening the faucets in all of the bathrooms that were becoming difficult to turn off the experience was outstanding. They were on time and were quick and efficient and pleasant. They will continue to be my go to for any plumbing needs and they should be yours too. Always putting my mind at ease!!

MSI plumbing has been great. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. I have been dealing with Rich DelTorres for about 20 years on projects small and very large alike. He is a pleasure to work with and his team reflects his high standards.

I’ve been working with MSI over the past year on many, many projects. Their latest project was the installation of a bathroom exhaust fan replacing a light fixture. Adam did a fantastic job. From beginning to end he covered every aspect of the tear down, installation and final ceiling paint job.
