Two days after my dryer bit the dust, the freeze of my refrigerator stopped working! Not only did he answer, but he was able to diagnose the problem, explain what was happening, walk me through next steps and offer advice on how to prolong the life of my fridge! Shawn was referred through our maintenance company. He reply to schedule within 30 minutes. Came the same afternoon. About 5 hours after booking. Texted when he was on the way. Arrived on time. Very professional and a nice guy. Diagnosed the issue. Fixed the problem and off to his next appointment. Awesome job!
