He was incredibly professional, always on time, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. His overall craftsmanship/expertise is outstanding, and his valuable suggestions enhanced the quality of the site. TK did a fantastic job right from the start. He promptly met us onsite to discuss our excavation and grading work for our new home. He spent time explaining how and what he would do to prep the site for the concrete company, and also explained how he would grade out the dirt around the site. He removed trees and installed our slit fences per the site plans all at a fair price. TK also stuck to his word and started the job at the time he committed to. Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.

The BEST experience we have ever had with a Contractor, bar none! As the other reviews read, T K is responsive, arrives early, listens to what we wanted done, explains what he is going to do to verify its what we wanted, worked all day-everyday on our project, but did not rush to finish and never cut any corners. He cleared trees, graded, cut in a driveway, dropped stone, dug drainage and seeded the new space. In fact, he did more than we expected and his work is absolutely impressive. And very reasonably priced for everything he did for us. The sense he conveyed was that he was doing the job as if it were his property, making sure every little detail was perfect. There really aren't words to express how thankful and fortunate we are to have found T K and highly recommend him to anyo

When it comes to clearing the land there is no one else like T K Leigh, his down-to-earth personality and the meticulous detail are unsurpassed. He does what he says he is going to do and more.
