Our year-old motor on our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Technician Brian Barrera came out to troubleshoot. Brian is professional, cordial and extremely knowledgeable. He determined we had a faulty motor and would order the replacement. He also replaced the 4 filters in our four HVAC units and asked if we would be interested in one of the 3 service plans MightyServ offer that would cut down on service call costs and additional benefits. I asked him to please show me the various service plans and I would present them to my husband. He went over each plan, explaining what it entailed and the cost. I have used Mighty Serve for a year now. Today Shawn arrived on time and ready to go during the torrential rains this morning (2/16/26). Shawn took care of 2 Furnaces. One in the attic and one in the garage. Shawn asked me if I wanted to have the filters changed before going ahead without asking me. I liked that! Shawn showed me the filters which indeed needed replacement. Shawn was efficient, knowledgeable, polite and held a professional albeit friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend him as well as MightyServ Heating & Air Conditioning. .

Jose was knowledgeable. Finished the job in 2-3 hour. Job involved cleaning the panels with water. He was polite. When I asked him to give me senior discount he said that it was not available. Later your company reo wrote that it was built in the price.
