We’ve always had a great experience with Miguel & Sons Plumbing Services! We are so thankful to have had Josiah take care of the plumbing in our home. Even when it was late in the day, Josiah quickly found the problem with our tankless water heater and fixed it right away. We’re glad we chose this company, as they helped install the plumbing when our house was built. Josiah really shows what quality plumbing service should be—he listens to our concerns and makes sure all the work is top-notch. We also had a soft water system put in, and Josiah patiently answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. His skill and professionalism really stand out. I had an excellent experience with Miguel & Sons Plumbing Services. Josiah was able to come out the same day I called, which was a huge relief. He really knows his plumbing and took the time to explain what was wrong with my water heater and how it happened. I noticed my water heater was leaking after I tried changing the anode rod myself to fix a bad smell in the water. Josiah explained that using a water softener can be good for your home’s pipes, but it’s tough on water heaters if you don’t check and replace the anode rod every few years. No one had told me this before, and I learned it’s important to keep an eye on the anode, especially with a softener installed, to keep everything running smoothly. He gave me a fair quote for a new water heater and even suggested I compare prices, but

we have used miguel & sons plumbing services before and have always been pleased with their work. when we found a leak under our sink, they were the first ones we thought to call. we called on a monday and got an appointment for wednesday, which was fine since it was just a spare bathroom. ruben showed up on time and checked everything out. he couldn't find an active leak but did spot some corrosion on the pipe under the hot water handle. after talking it over with us, we decided it was best to replace the whole faucet. ruben went out, picked up a new faucet, and installed it quickly. everything works perfectly now and the job was done neatly and professionally. overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

After reaching out to a few other plumbers in Chicago without any luck, this company responded quickly and was able to fit me in even sooner than my scheduled appointment when Ruben finished up his previous job early. Ruben was friendly and very professional—he took the time to explain each step of the work and shared helpful advice about the condition of our older pipes, making sure we understood all our options. The work was done well, and we’ll definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs. We’ve already had another great experience when Josiah came out to replace our old, leaking main valve. He was personable, professional, and did an excellent job. We’re very happy to have found such a reliable plumber in Chicago!
