Miguels Maintenance

I have the utmost confidence with Miguel’s maintenance. On two separate occasions I’ve had Cruz in my house doing multiple projects. Most recently Edwin. These teams are knowledgeable, professional, and upfront about expectations and cost. I am so grateful to have found this company!

Upon arriving back to my home, we found that our A/C went out. We contacted a major DFW company that had great reviews and highly recommended technician. We scheduled the appointment and requested the highly rated technician. On the day of service another technician showed up and all I heard was I needed a new unit and my newer unit needed a new capacitor and start kit. They charged me for service trip and then wanted to schedule a time for quoting a new unit. We canceled the day to contact Miguel’s Maintenance and he and crew was delighted to come out promptly and see what the issue was. Miguel was very knowledgeable and took a comprehensive approach and simply replaced the capacitor and the A/C is cooling just like a new unit. Folks don’t let a small contractor go under the rad

Great company! Went above and beyond and fixed a ganging gutter at no extra cost while doing my fence!!!
