Mihalko's General Contracting

Absolutely terrible experience. This company rushed through the job just to “meet a deadline” that they went past anyway and it shows in the poor quality of their work. Corners were cut everywhere — sloppy finishes, uneven surfaces, and nothing done with proper care or attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values quality or professionalism.

Everyone I interacted with at Mihalko's was professional, helpful, and friendly. They did a wonderful job on my floors after the water damage I had. I will be using them for more home improvements in the future!

We used Mihalko for an insurance claim as an authorized contractor via Nationwide. The quality of the work they did on the interior of our home was abysmal. They replaced our existing trim with cheap lumber, did not do any priming before painting (as confirmed by another painting contractor), left the house smelling like cigarette smoke and did sloppy paint trim work and left paint splatters throughout our interior. Terrible. Do not use this contractor. Amusingly, Milhalko replied to this review saying that they have no record of me as a customer. Nice try. I stand by my review and you definitely made a mess of my house.

Highly recommend Mihalko’s . Excellent service from initial quote to finished roof. Roofing team took care to protect landscaping and outside areas while removing existing roof. The roofers had it done in one day! Loved the finished product and so glad we went with Mihalko’s General Contracting. They are very nice to deal with I would use them again! Happy customer!

The men came to my home and began whispering to each other about not wanting to pay for a door that needed replaced in order to keep more of the insurance money. One of the men argued with me over the door that was to be replaced and got loud with me, in my own home I had to throw them out. They lost $15 000 over refusal to replace a $50 bathroom door. BUYER BEWARE Just ask your lawyer before you get involved with these clowns.
