I was in desperate need of a hot water heater hookup, and some other things checked our at my house because there were some glitches.because it's summer, a lot of places I had used in the past that I called basically said if it wasn't an air conditioner they would get to me when they could. And even when I called these guys, the owner was on vacation and would be gone a week. Luckily, the girl at the office was so helpful after I explained my predicament, and Wayne called the same day, came out the next day, and returned the day after to fix everything. So nice, and personable, I would definitely recommend this company!
