The service team was on time, great communication, and professional. They completed kitchen appliance and overhead lighting work.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I would take my business somewhere else where they are actually nice to their potential customers.

Excellent service! the team that provided the service was on time, very professional, courteous, flexible and therefore very easy to work with. They rewired our entire kitchen and installed our light fixtures to our satisfaction. They also left the place clean and neat. So, I will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend their company to all my friends.

Exorbitant pricing. When scheduling the appointment, I told Mike Gibson Electric that the main on/off switch on the main breaker in my house (built 1988) was broken. The technician arrived on time for his 7:30am appointment. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and said he needed to go get the part as it was not in his Mike Gibson Electric work van. He was gone 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes. He installed the part within 10 minutes and said the charge was $340. I called Mike Gibson the next day to ask why I was charged such a high amount. I asked him what his bill rate was for technicians and I was told $65 per hour. The technician spent most of his time driving or whatever he was doing not on the job site. I called the manager and rescheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my house, however when I contacted the company a day before to confirm, they basically blew me off and said they are short staffed and implied I should go elsewhere instead of waiting. What kind of company tells customers to go elsewhere? Poor business practice if you ask me. Of note, th why also installed the electric in my house when it was built and it has repeatedly failed, with several short circuits. So , take their advice, definitely go elsewhere!
