The office person that answered actually went to verify the in stock status! She was extremely personable and kind. She said it might be slower shipping but I received my order in less than 48 hours! This business has quality products and as an added bonus they have an installer named Mitch who is the nicest person I have ever met. Mitch spent countless hours measuring and constructing our beautiful overhang. Mitch is extremely knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. It all came together perfectly and Mitch was a real pleasure to work with! The overhang is extremely sturdy and has already been through several Michigan winter storms and held up great!

Their patio cover is an excellent product, the customer service is second to none. I shopped local and on the internet and this company had the best product, great price, and they were professional in ever sense. The design and manufacture results in a very well made, strong, and durable product. Though a "kit," it does require construction skills and experience and a novice builder should seek an experience builder person to help. There are many variables to how a home is built, and this product is suitable to make things work, but it does require some decent construction knowledge. They offered great support for any questions I had, and I am a semi retired journeyman carpenter. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call.

Great company to work with! Very friendly and helpful. Superior product. My husband and I were first time installers. We put unit up over a Saturday and Sunday. I highly recommend MMC patio cover for anyone thinking for a quality patio cover. I had ordered insulated aluminum patio cover for my 16'x12' patio. The company is very professional and very supportive. The kit is fairly easy to install (I took 2 days with help on another person for few hours) its very cool because of the insulation.
