I would give zero stars if I could! Stay away from these people, UNLESS YOU WANT A FLOODED FINISHED BASEMENT WITH WHAT AMOUNTS TO PROBABLY THOUSANDS IN DAMAGES! Mike Murphy and Sons came out to "repair" my boiler after the pressure valve had released a small amount of water the night before. I texted that night and was told it wasn't an emergency and to call the next day for service, which I did. Next day Andy Murphy came out and replaced a 2 year old part, but couldn't be bothered to fix the "pressure valve" that he kept commenting was "stuck". The fact that the pressure tank (not sure of the actual name) was only 2 years old, and not the 5 plus years that they generally last should have been his first clue that that wasn't the problem. The valve that he kept saying was "stuck" was

Hired Mike Murphy & Sons to come out and do an annual service cleaning at my house and told them my pressure relieve valve needs to be replaced. They sent a new employee who came and did the service but failed to change the broken pressure relieve valve. A few days later I had a failure on the part which should of been changed at the Annual Service call, had to call for emergency service repair I was told by Crystal “I will remove the Diagnostic Fee” only to be charged the fee any way. When I called to ask I was told “Well the labor rate would have been 125$ + Parts anyway”. I was told one thing but charged regardless. Needless to say If you plan to use them make sure someone is home to watch them because they can’t do the job right the 1st time!

We are automatic refill, I called this morning concerned that we may not make it to our estimated auto refill date. I was told we would get oil in the next day or two and they thanked me for letting them know as the auto refill dates are computer generated. Well, I have to say not even 3 hours after my call their truck showed up and filled my tank! I call this impeccable service and highly recommend Mike Murphy and Sons to anyone!

Bill just left for my annual service,on time , courteous and professional. Highly recommend been with them 35 years the best!
