Mike Scott Plumbing In Ocala

I just had service with Mike Scott, plumbing. We had our septic tank pumped out first time since living in this home. We had a technician named Patrick HANNAH. I called first thing in the morning and said we would have somebody between 12 and four. He arrive shortly after 12:20 PM. He was very informative and explained everything as he went along. He did an excellent job at cleaning out the septic completely. I would highly recommend this company along with our technician, Pat!!

An estimator was sent to our home and we never heard back. I called after a week and was told they didn't have the manpower??? My issue is that if you didn't want the job, email to say that. We just purchased our mobile home and are new to this area. We are waiting for an estimate that was never going to come wasting time. I work in irrigation and I know exactly how corrosive water can be; it would have taken 1 minute to send an email. I don't know about their quality of work...and never will. This is on my "never call ever again" list.

truly worst company . said they needed to order parts, didnt hear from them for 1 1/2 weeks called and they said they werent coming back because someone was rude to them! good grief. they didnt show up till almost 7pm not an emergency but no one was rude . i just cant believe this

Absolute joke of a company. Called when the winter freeze caused a pipe to burst. The call center said someone will call us back and it's been a whole day and nobody called back. Don't even bother calling them if you have a plumbing emergency. They'll leave you high and dry -- no pun intended.

In the dark, at my neighbor’s behest, I approached the men who set off her alarm from across the street; the driver told me to bug off, so to speak, and threatened to call the police on me; they were in a Mike Scott Plumbing truck; I notified the company and they had no answers for me; I dislike being disrespected in front of my house…
