Joseph and his assistant were PROFESSIONAL from the outset and did a GREAT Job installing the new Rheem Hot Water Heater. They showed up at the specified time and were in and out in a very timely fashion.They took the junk water heater off as well. I didn't need to fool with getting it too the dump. The price was VERY REASONABLE...We couldn't be happier with how great Mike Scott's Service team was... I definitely will use them again and recommend them to all my friends

Has water issues that resolved itself. However I wanted professional asvice on how to protect my water softener system from the cold. He wrapped my pipes and advised covering the top portion with blanket or multiple towels. Also leave 2 faucets dripping when hard freeze

If I could leave no stars, I would. In short, I scheduled a plumber from Mike Scott plumbing and Jose Garzon is who they sent. Jose was very professional, efficient and knowledgable. He advised what needed repaired in the kitchen sink and told us what to buy so he could come back to finish the job. We paid Jose the service/arrival charge of $75 and he said we would not be charged that fee again when he came back out the next day. We bought the items and I called the next morning to have Jose come back to finish the job. Ava, the representative, told me the cost would be $301.00. When I asked what that fee included she stated the $75 service/arrival fee, an hour of labor and parts. I explained that we had paid the $75 fee yesterday to Jose and he told us we would not be charged tha

My wife and tried Mike Scott plumbing based on a friend's referral and we could not be happier with our experience. Our initial call and estimation of of service provided was clear and concise. Easy to schedule a time and as promised, we were notified that out tech was on the way. Service was efficient complete and very close to estimate. I would refer them to family and friends or anyone who needs fair priced, friendly, professional service!
