They're good at selling you a package and maintaining your furnace. Need anything else, and you will pay dearly - and they don't stand behind their work. Fixed the same thing twice, charged $900 each time. Broke again, I called them and they still would not stand by it less than a year after the second repair, asking another $900 for repairs, so I told them to take a hike. Called Redbird Plumbing and the same repair came with obviously a better solution, as well as education for me, the homeowner, for $250. I will NEVER call Mike Williams again. Read the Yelp reviews too, not just Google.

I have been happy with Mike Williams until today's service request. The pump they installed in August is failing and my basement is flooding again and when I called at 2:30PM I was informed they have no plumbers on call including this weekend and they could get to me Monday. I have been paying for the service plan attached and they told me it would be Monday before they could get to me. I felt like I was paying this monthly charge to have the piece of mind that they were a phone call away but that is absolutely not the case. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company updating things in my home over the last year and I'm highly disappointed in today's events. I will be finding a new hvac and plumbing company going forward.

The technician was very friendly and polite. Made me feel like I was part of the mike williams family. Very knowledgeable at his trade. Would recommend 1,000 over. Great work guys on hiring him. He’s a keeper. And the receptionist was amzing and was able to put my mind at ease when it was a stressful situation. Thanks

Jason Head was professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. When we asked questions he provided easily understood concise answers. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided. We just bought our home and he helped us understand what our system needed. He also showed me how to change the thermostat.

Landon was very kind and professional. He worked tirelessly to try and resolve our issue. He helped make it habitable for the evening and made sure to send someone else out the next morning to continue trouble shooting our issues. Landon himself gets 5 stars, 4 stars for overall experience with this unfortunately being a repeat issue that Mike Williams was not able to address. This ended up costing us more than we actually needed to pay to resolve the issue, while understanding they did not have the equipment needed to fix what was the issue. I give them credit for appropriately referring us out to be better serviced.
