My thru the wall ac was flooding into my living room. I called Mike’s Air Conditioning on Sunday, during the hottest week in July. I spoke with Jules Lupowitz and described the problem. He told me the problem is likely mold and debris clogging my 32000 BTU ac and will need a thorough cleaning. Jules and Carl came the very next day to fix the ac. The guys were clean, thorough, and quick! After they were done, my ac works like new. It’s been two months since the service and it still works AMAZING! Thank you!

Who knew that getting a wall A/C replaced in a Brooklyn apartment in the middle of July could be a decent experience?!? I had no idea who to go to for A/C service in Brooklyn so I just trusted the Google reviews here, and all the shout-outs were 100 percent correct! Jules was a knowledgeable, friendly and super-responsive point of contact throughout the process. After consulting with him a few times, I made the decision to replace my old A/C and he had my new unit ordered, delivered and installed in my place within 24 hours! Techs Colin and Tom were awesome as well. They let me know when they were an hour out, they showed up on the early side of my installation time window, they navigated the tight spaces in my apartment with zero problem, and they got the new unit in/old unit out so fast.

During the biggest heat wave this summer my bedroom air conditioner completely broke. Because it was under warranty from a “big box chain store” I was told they would fix it for free but it would take over a week. Ugh!!!
