Had Mike's install a furnace at both my house and my folk's house and they did an excellent job both times. They did a very thorough job assessing the needs for each property and got everything done in a short timeframe. Top tier HVAC company. Highly recommend.

Stopped in and talked with Mike, he seemed knowledgeable and helpful in describing things to me. Was appreciative of his time. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago to come get a shop furnace going, they’ve made no attempt to come do repairs or communicate with me. Followed up once already, and got a non committal “I don’t know when we can come” from the gal on the phone. No calls back since then. If you’re uninterested in my business or too busy, just tell me. Don’t string customers along indefinitely with no ETA.

My blower motor went out on my furnace and Mike's had a technician at my house an hour after I called. Very helpful and friendly office person and technician. Besides replacing the motor he cleaned the furnace, which it needed badly. When I got home from work my house was toasty warm. Can't thank them enough.
