The team at Mike’s Lock Shop went above and beyond my expectations on a unique project. I needed a skeleton key cut for a vintage 4th generation family armoire after the original key had been lost years ago. Ben and his team had to source a brass or steel key with appropriate thickness and length before cutting it to the dimensions for the lock box. It proved to be a taxing process (several keys came in that had improper dimensions), but the team remained in frequent contact. The end product was a functional steel key (that I promise not to misplace). Would highly recommend!

I have been using this locksmith for over 15 years and their past service were fine until recently they fixed my sliding door lock that didn’t do its job of locking properly. The sliding door opens to the detached garage from the condo therefore, It needs to be fixed immediately for security’s reason and they won’t come in until a week later. One week?? Forgetting my loyalty? Poor quality locking mechanism installed by them and it broke! Won’t use their business anymore.

I needed a couple new keys made for my GMC Sierra and they made them for me in less than 10 minutes while I waited. They were very friendly and provided great service!!

We did some work for Ben at this location. He and the staff were polite and professional, and were patient while we worked through a project snag.

I needed a spare key for my vehicle, because I lost the extra one. I called several places, but Mike’s had the best price by far! I called to make an appt & got one in 5 days. I went this morning & it only took them 22 min! I also got a key for the cab. They had a nice sitting area with a mini fridge & candy. I was very pleased with how quickly they made my keys. The price was half of what I would have paid elsewhere! They have a customer for life! Thanks so much!!!
