Call or go to Mike's. Ask for Hector or one of the other knowledgeable professionals. Mike's saved the day for me. I initially hired another company, (I had not known about Mike's at that point) to clear a small office pantry sink. That situation spiralled into horror as the other company cut one pipe after the other and replaced my metal pipes with PVC. They also cut my garage pipes to get around the elbow. I called their Manager to get them to stop. Desperately, I searched the internet close by the house and found Mike's -- open on Sunday. Thank G-d. I brought one of the metal pipes that was cut and asked if they know a Master plumber who could put metal pipes back under my sink and also back in my garage. 7:00am -- they showed up ready to work, itemized an invoice and kept to the

The guys at Mike's saved my life! These guys are knowledgeable and gave me options and advice that I couldn't get anywhere else. I was desperate as a pipe for my hot water system had rotted out and broke. They helped me come up with a solution. Loaned me a pipe die to thread the old pipe I had cut at the wall and gave advice on replacing my heating element. Daniel and another guy I think Milton were especially helpful. There are other good places like Consolidated Plumbing but these guys go the extra mile if you need the kind of help like I needed as a non plumber trying to save big bucks on big emergency plumbing job. If you're a Pro maybe you don't need these guys but for me thank the Lord they were there!

Let me begin by talking about Harry. He is an employee over there with exceptional customer service skills. Home Depot could learn from him. Because they were my first stop but the employee there was either asleep, untrained, or could care less.
