Mike's Septic Service

Thank you Mikes septic service. They answered our call after hours on a weekend, had excellent response time. got the system pumped quick to insure that the home didn’t see further damages! Highly recommend them for your yearly septic pumping, and emergencies.

Mike’s is by far the best. He’s been servicing our septic for 6 years. When our water line was frozen he stopped out on a Sunday and took care of things for a normal charge. I won’t call anyone else. I can’t thank them enough.

Mike's came out for the inspection and pumping that is required by the county. They did a nice job. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

Was prompt at pumping our septic tank, but told us there was not enough bacteria in the tank. She asked about laundry frequency and I explained we didn't do more than 1 load a week. I asked what we could do to improve the bacteria concentration such as an additive etc and the reply was, no, don't use any additives. I asked what we could do to increase bacteria concentration and never heard back. All communication was done by email so I understand things get dropped but I replied twice to her last email asking for solutions, never received a reply. We are due for inspection/pumping again and will be seeking service elsewhere.
