I recently purchased an 18kw Generac generator from Northern Generator in Eagle River. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company in my 73 years! I originally wanted a Kohler generator, but after waiting two months, Kohler could still not ship their generator due to lack of parts. So, I switched to Generac, which had a special offer of a seven year full warranty, and was in stock. Jon Frenz, the Office Manager and a Master Electrician, did everything he could to get the Kohler generator for me, but Kohler just could not deliver or even provide an accurate shipping date. In the end, Jon Frenz provided me with a very good deal on the Generac generator, and the extended warranty was the icing on the cake. Excellent service! Very accommodating when we were looking to replace our service provider. Our technician was quick, adjusted the valves, changed the oil and spark plug. No big issues and now we are on their calendar for yearly service. What a comfort to have reliable service we can count on!!! Highly recommend this company!

We purchased a Generac 10kw gas generator for our home. Jon was very good about keeping me up to date on scheduling the install after 16” of snow fell just prior to the install date. The install crew was very professional. They were respectful of our home. It was wet and muddy and the fact that they used floor protection to access the panel in the home says a lot of them. Great job!

Jon and his folks are incredible. They know what they are doing and more importantly, they are reliable. From the first email until now, they were prompt and on time. We haven't seen much of that lately. I'm totally on board with this company.
