This company is back in motion and boy am I glad! Got carpets cleaned right before holiday. His pricing and results are superlative.

i was over promised, over charged and under performed. Absolute worst carpet cleaning job i have ever received. They did explain that around the baseboards due to a filtration issue with my hvac system it they would not be able to remove the staining. As for the rest of the carpet, 1 month later and it looks like it was never cleaned. I could have went with stanley steamer saved a bunch of money and probably would have had better results. Do not waste your money with this company. I called them out to reclean, complete waste of time. Complete ripoff With their poor service standards over promising ans lousy customer service I hope they go out of business as they have now changed their name to Mikesell's Facility Services

MAJOR ISSUE…THEFT of oriental rug !!!! The owner of the company, Russ, cleaned my home carpets and took my oriental rug to be cleaned offsite and essentially STOLE IT !! IT WAS NEVER returned ! After many attempts trying to contact the owner, Russ, (once he did answer his phone, seemed surprised I was calling about where was my rug…he promised to find out where my rug was and get back to me). NO CALL BACK, AND NO ORIENTAL RUG RETURNED!!! This company (and the owner who did the job) did a very poor job of cleaning my carpet, I paid for the job but was never provided with an invoice as promised and they stole my oriental rug !

Superlative result, smooth design and install, prompt and courteous in our home.

Still waiting on my w-2s. Last 2 pay checks bounced. Cuts corners. Isn't certified in flood services or carpet cleaning, but will provide the services. High pressure sales attitude. Leaves a ton of residues in carpet when "encapsulation" cleaning and jet extraction. About the only thing he does well as an owner operator is vacuum. Would not recommend to anyone. Would give zero stars if I could.
