Woke to burst hot water heater & ankle deep water. I hired 911 Restoration for the water damage mitigation. They have worked with Milam Plumbing in the past & recommended the company. I called and Stephen & Austin arrived to asses the situation. We discussed options, pricing, & settled on a new unit that was up to code, with a pan & leak alarm. Stephen & Austin dismantled the old unit & installed the new one quckly & efficiently. They made the whole process so easy for me during a very stressful & chaotic event. Stephen & Austen were very professional & listened to my questions & provided their knowledge & experience to complete this part of the process. I am so grateful to Milam Plumbing & will continue to use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Christian was very detailed about the job and explained everything clearly what needed to be fixed and shared the cost upfront and then proceeded to fix the water heaters problem and had a pleasant personality through the procedure.
