Fast and professional service! They did a great job installing our new HVAC system and cleaned up after. He also did a good job explaining everything that was done and did a walk through and answered questions.

Bryan Seckinger was my technician and he was great!!! Very knowledgeable knew exactly what was going on and what he needed to do. He called Oncor so that they could do their part and they showed up a couple of minutes after Bryan left. Bryan also gave me tips for things he noticed around my house, like the smoke detectors. He even tightened up some things in the fuse box that was loose. He share the plans that they offered and told me about the advantage plan. Which I am now a member. P.S there was nothing to take a picture of, I was having trouble with wiring and my light s flickering and my dryer not finishing a cycle, things like that.

They will contact you and send a profile photo of the technician, or technicians if it's a larger job, who will be arriving at your house. You know exactly who's going to be there and you're given an amount of time before the technician will arrive. They make sure you feel confident and knowledgeable of what they plan to do and they'll show you video footage, with commentary, explaining what they see so you can also see it. No tricks, no lies, "This is what it looks like, it needs to be replaced." And they'll show you the options so you can see what you're paying for. I definitely recommend them for AC, plumbing, and all the other services they offer. Polite, professional, clean, and they installed an entire AC system rather quickly. Noah was very good. He let us know about special services that were available never pressed us to get them done. He’s a great person that takes care of us. The picture below shows the new surge protector outside in the garage. Along with the clean power installed for the entire house thanks again

Chase was amazing!!!!!! He was informative and gave use reasonable options to restore our water. He was kind enough to text my spouse things we could do until they were able to get to us. He went above and beyond. Hands down... this is why we are Milestone members. I highly recommend.
