Mill and Woods | Authentic Pine Floors

We purchased 3 different floors from Authentic Reclaimed Floors totaling 667 square feet and while pleased with the quality of the product, we were shorted 30 square feet of the floor for our guest room and another 8.5 square feet of this floor were damaged and unusable. We wrongly assumed that this was probably just an honest mistake and that any upstanding company would send us the remaining 30 square feet to finish our floor. Unfortunately, when we contacted them over the course of the past 6 weeks, we were given several different answers until we were finally just ignored. This is a great company with amazing products. We recently remodeled our home and went with the "Old Dirty Goat - Reclaimed Pine Floors". This company took time to understand my wants and needs. They reminded me to order 10% more to account for installers cuts and waste. Our flooring is the first comment that our guest's rave about. We purchased 2000 square feet and have no regrets.
